Wilson is not being lazy delivering new exciting cosmetics for their racquet lines this season. Now they have dropped the Wilson x RF Laver Cup 2026 Collection, featuring special-edition versions of the popular RF 01 frame series.
Rather than introducing a new RF platform, the collection applies a tournament-specific cosmetic treatment to the established RF 01 and RF 01 Pro models (as well as a selection of matching bags), giving players the same underlying frame concepts in a design inspired by the 2026 Laver Cup in London.
Previous RF cosmetics include the RF Classics Collection as well as the recent RF 01 Hall of Fame Edition racquet.

The RF 01 Foundation
The racquets in the collection are special-edition versions of the existing RF 01 and RF 01 Pro. The series was co-designed with Roger Federer and represents a move toward lighter, more modern specifications compared with Federer’s former Pro Staff RF97 Autograph.
Key technologies include:
- SABR Frame Design: Designed to support a versatile combination of maneuverability and controlled power.
- Braid 45: Dual-braided fibers arranged at a 45-degree angle to influence frame flexibility, stability and ball pocketing.
- Glide Guard: An aerodynamic bumper and grommet system designed to reduce air resistance and help increase racquet-head speed.
The Laver Cup Racquets
The collection features two RF 01 models, both with a 98-square-inch head, 27-inch length and 16×19 string pattern.
- RF 01 Pro Laver Cup 2026: The heavier model at 320 grams unstrung, offering greater stability and plow-through. It also features Feel Fill foam designed to reduce unwanted vibration and enhance feel.
- RF 01 Laver Cup 2026: The lighter 300-gram version, providing quicker handling while retaining the same core dimensions and string pattern as the Pro.
Both feature the collection’s distinctive blue-and-red Laver Cup 2026 cosmetic.

More Than Racquets
The 2026 collection also extends to Laver Cup-themed bags, with Wilson’s international stores listing products including an RF backpack and a larger practice duffel. The range of available products varies between markets, so not every item is necessarily offered in every country.
The bags use the same tournament-inspired design language, giving players the option to match their equipment with the 2026 Laver Cup aesthetic.
