Justin Engel is young German talent on tour that is currently upsetting some big names at the European grass swing. What is Engel’s current racquet and strings setup?
Justin Engel’s tennis racquet
Justin Engel’s racquet is the HEAD Gravity MP from 2023 (I think the new one is even better). He strings it with HEAD Hawk white. We don’t know tensions or specifications, so if you know the details of Justin Engel’s tennis racquet, please comment or reach out via Instagram. Ps. I did hear from someone who had talked to Justin and according to their chat, Justin’s racquet is uncustomized and he uses a regular synthetic grip.
If you want a slightly heavier HEAD Gravity racquet, there is the HEAD Gravity Tour , but that is the 98 sq inch version, with an open 16/19 pattern. The even heavier 100 sq inch 18/20 version is the HEAD Gravity Pro, but that racquet has a thinner beam than the Tour and the MP.
