To get the most out of these frames, you need a string that helps to offset this a little. Genesis Infinite is an unappreciated string that combines high control with low-friction snapback. Its 7-sided surface which despite the gauge resists notching. It offers excellent snap back for heavy topspin dip to help keep balls with the lines. I would describe it as on the firmer side but as long as it is not strung beyond low 50s it has enough pocketing. Tension holding is excellent.

Silvester Hepta Plus has razor sharp edges that bite into the ball and is a good choice for players looking to tame a super lively frame with nothing but raw RPMs. I would describe this as a medium firm string and that helps tame the trampoline feel you can get with some powerful frames. Very good all round balanced string. A lot of competitive players like to pair this with Silvester Energy just to soften the feel slightly too.
5. String Kong Banana Bite (The Dynamic Spin Grip)

The above would be my top 5 although the following strings wouldn’t be too far behind and are definitely worth a look too:
Solinco Hyper-G: It’s a bit livelier on the launch and crisper pop than Confidential, but it’s perfect if you want maximum spin grip without a completely deadened string bed.
Babolat RPM Blast: The traditional octagonal poly designed to tame the Pure Drive and Pure Aero. It has a heavy, low launching trajectory and great snapback when new, but needs to be restrung often as it notches fairly quickly under heavy hitting..
Restring Zero: An advanced slick round/shaped co-poly designed for zero friction and extreme snapback. It provides modern 100 sq in frames explosive spin with a plush, modern dampening profile. More in our earlier Restring Zero review.
Mayami Tour Hex: An excellent hexagonal poly that provides a comfortable feel along with excellent directional control, helping keeping flat drives and slice approaches skid-low. I do have clients that say at lower tensions it can lose a little bit of control so sweet spot seems to be 49-51 lbs.
