Sascha Zverev arrives as the newly crowned French Open champion for his first tournament back but no Sinner or Alcaraz. Here’s everything you need to know about Halle’s prestigious grass-court ATP 500.
ATP Halle returns to Germany’s OWL Arena in Halle for its 33rd edition, running alongside the Queen’s Club event and this year we’ll see six of the top 10 players in the current ATP rankings. While London hosts the traditional grass court warm-up, Halle has evolved into something more: a stage for grass court specialists, a place where we are used to a lot of creative play, and this year, a homecoming for Alexander Zverev fresh off his first Grand Slam title.
The 2026 edition features a strong field, with ten of the ATP’s top 20 players competing. The defending champion Alexander Bublik returns, but most eyes will be on Zverev, can he continue his great form on grass as well.
