After the Dallas Open, the US is hosting yet another event, this time in Delray Beach, which has been a staple of the calendar for quite a while. Itโs an outdoor event in sunny Florida, so there will be some good players in action. Letโs go over what you can expect from this yearโs edition of this event.
Delray Beach 2025 Odds and Favorites
A total of 28 men will compete in Delray Beach Open, but only one can lift the trophy. Who will it be? For context, hereโs what the latest bookmaker odds and the tournamentโs seeding has to say.
Delray Beach 2025 Open Betting Odds
- Taylor Fritz @ 2.87 (+187)
- Alex Michelsen @ 9.50 (+850)
- Miomir Kecmanovic @ 12.00 (+1100)
- Marcos Giron @ 13.00 (+1200)
- Learner Tien @ 15.00 (+1400)
As the highest-ranked player and a former champion of the event, Taylor Fritz is the overwhelming favorite to win this one. He is priced at 2.87 (+187) which is quite a bit ahead of the so-called second favorite, Alex Michelsen.
The American is priced at 9.50 (+860) but as you can see, thatโs quite a bit behind Fritz. If we compare the implied probability of winning, then Michelsenโs looks rather weak at 10% compared to that of Fritz at 35%.
Interestingly enough, the next three favorites are all close to Michelsen in odds. Kecmanovic is priced at 12.00 (+1100) with Giron at 13.00 (+1200) and Tien at 15.00 (+1400) not far behind.
Basically, after Fritz, itโs quite open according to the markets, and thatโs about in line with what weโve seen from those players this year. Theyโve all been quite decent but nothing special.
Top Menโs Seeds in Delray Beach
- Taylor Fritz
- Alex Michelsen
- Matteo Arnaldi
- Marcos Giron
- Brandon Nakashima
- Miomir Kecmanovic
- Alejandro Davidovich Fokina
- Arthur Rinderknech
There are in total eight seeded players at this event with Taylor Fritz being the number one seed. You can see the rest above and as you can note the seeds list is not the same list as the favorites according to the betting markets.
Quite a few players that are seeds like Arnaldi and Nakashima are not in the top five favorites according to the betting markets, which is due to form mainly. The Americans like Giron take precedence because he has played pretty well here in the past.
Fritz himself is a former champion, hence why he is the top seed though his ranking is also the best out of all the players.

Betting Tips and Predictions for the ATP Delray Beach 2025
After seeing what the bookmakers predict, here are our thoughts on what might unfold this week, and some tips when betting on the Delray Beach Open.
- Fritz to Win
As the betting markets indicate, Fritz is a heavy favorite to win the Delray Open and we agree.
The American is simply a cut above the rest of the field. His closest competitors – Michelsen, Tien, Kecmanovic, Opelka – are all well outside of the worldโs top 30. Fritz, on the other hand, has been a staple in the worldโs top 10 for years now, and currently sits No 4 in the world.
While this may put pressure on some players, Fritz is fairly unflappable when it comes to this kind of thing. He will turn up, do his work, and take home the title.
- Unseeded Finalist – No
This is another bet that shouldnโt be that controversial because when you look at the draw of this event you will notice that most of the seeds are pretty good players. The rest of the field doesnโt look that impressive so unless something dramatically strange happens then itโs pretty unlikely to see an unseeded finalist.
Letโs assume that Fritz will do his thing and make the final then that leaves another spot in the final. Itโs very likely to be occupied by one of these seeds because again it comes down not only to the form and quality. The way the courts play makes it pretty tough for seeds to lose.
You have to outplay a player from the baseline, you have to outhit him. The court is bouncy, the balls fly high, so there is only one way to win and thatโs to out-hit your opponent, or hit the ball wide too many times beating yourself. We donโt see any of the seeds doing that as most of them play on the safe side.
So itโs very unlikely that an unseeded finalist will happen at the event. With the odds being almost the same as Fritz winning this is just a bet that makes a lot of sense to back.
- Winning Half – Top
The top half features the number one seed, which is Taylor Fritz. We think heโs going to win this one, so it makes sense to back the top half to win. Again, the odds are not special, but itโs very likely to hit because of what we explained above.
