Tristan Boyer

Tristan Boyer is an American player with a career high rank of 109, but what is Boyer’s current racquet and gear?

Tristan Boyer’s tennis racquet

Tristan Boyer is using quite a different racquet from only three years ago when he was playing the Babolat Pure Aero. Nowadays, he is using the Wilson Ultra Pro (H19). This is one of the more low-powered pro stocks from Wilson and more similar to a HEAD Prestige.

He strings it with Luxilon Alu Power mains and natural gut in the crosses. Using a natural gut hybrid setup is a great way to increase the power from a control racquet.

Bio and Career

Born April 21, 2001, in Altadena, California, Tristan Boyer was introduced to tennis at an early stage. He turned pro in 2023, but the real breakthrough came in 2024, winning three ATP Challenger titles: the Yucatán Open, Campeonato Internacional de Tênis de Campinas, and the Uruguay Open in Montevideo , tying Frances Tiafoe’s record for most clay-court Challenger titles by an American.

In 2025, ranked No. 123, he made his Grand Slam main-draw debut at the Australian Open, defeating Federico Coria, and reached the Indian Wells Masters second round, upsetting Aleksandar Vukic 4-6, 6-2, 7-6[4] for his first Masters 1000 win. His biggest moment came at the 2025 National Bank Open in Toronto, where he qualified and defeated Aleksandar Kovacevic to reach the second round.
