Wilson has added a nice new colorway to its flagship control frame, releasing the Blade 98 16×19 v10 “Saby Tiger”. A limited cosmetic edition, featuring a specialised Championship Green cosmetic package, built on the newly overhauled Blade v10 platform and inspired by World no 1 Aryna Sabalenka.
This is one of many new racquet cosmetics we’ve covered recently, let’s look at it more closely.
Wilson is clear that the Saby Tiger carries identical specs and playability to the standard-issue Blade 98 16×19 v10 – this is a cosmetic edition, not a performance variant. What changes is the paint job: a tiger-inspired design pulled from Sabalenka’s personal branding, applied over Wilson’s 10th-generation Blade mold.

This racquet was introduced earlier this year even though it’s this month we’ve seen it showing up at various retailers. You might have spotted it in Sabalenka’s hand at the Cincinnati and Toronto Masters tournaments.
The design features a green tiger-skin print and a tiger face on the inside of the racquet’s throat, similar to the tiger tattoo Sabalenka has on her inner arm.
