HEAD has just launched its Endure Pro and Endure Pro BOA tennis shoes, introducing a new standard for stability and fit in tennis footwear. Designed for players seeking a blend of durability, agility and lockdown, the Endure series sits between HEAD’s Revolt and Sprint lines, offering advanced technology for all court surfaces.

BOA Performance Fit

The BOA Performance Fit System is now making its way back to tennis shoes and Head goes with two dials, as far as we know, a first for tennis footwear.

The Endure Pro BOA introduces a groundbreaking dual BOA Li2 dial system, replacing laces with micro-adjustable dials for precise forefoot and midfoot lockdown. “This setup allows players to micro-adjust the fit down to the millimeter,” said HEAD’s Carlos Lopez, talking further about enhanced support and energy transfer. The Endure Pro uses traditional laces but shares the same core features.

Both models boast a 3D TPU frame for heel-to-toe and torsional stability, DynaFoam in the heel for shock absorption and EVA foam in the forefoot for reactive energy. The PU-molded upper balances protection and lightweight design, while integrated cooling improves ventilation.

We tried the new Endure Pro shoes at the HEAD event ahead of Roland Garros, watch below.

Available in multi-surface and clay-specific herringbone outsoles, the shoes scored high in durability tests, with a 0.4 mm outsole groove after testing, rivaling top competitors like the Asics Gel-Resolution 9.

“The result is enhanced lockdown, better energy transfer and consistent comfort for every level of play,” Lopez continued.

With a 32.5 mm heel and 21.6 mm forefoot stack height, the Endure Pro excels in grip and endurance, ideal for aggressive movers making quick direction changes.

In our opinion, the BOA system is a really interesting feature, it doesn’t look that bulky and it feels great on the foot. The Endure Pro shoes slot in right in between the Sprint and the Revolt and feels like the most well-balanced and constructed HEAD shoe as of yet.
