HEAD is well-known in the tennis world for producing durable, high-performance court shoes designed to support players through long matches and intense footwork. We love the recent HEAD Endure Pro models for example. The new HEAD Revolt 5.0 continues this tradition, offering significant updates that focus on stability, breathability and a faster feel on the court.
Designed for Serious Players
The Revolt line is built for “aggressive movers”, players who spend many hours on the court, need maximum stability for lateral lunges and want a shoe that can withstand heavy use. This makes the Revolt 5.0 ideal for competitive club players, coaches and even athletes who play multiple times a week.

Key Features and Upgrades
The 5.0 model introduces several refinements over the previous 4.5 version, making it the most advanced stability shoe in HEAD’s lineup:
- T-KORE 360° Stability: This core technology has been refined to provide even better support around the ankle and midfoot, preventing the shoe from twisting during heavy change-of-direction movements.
- Improved Breathability: A new engineered mesh upper addresses previous concerns about heat. The 5.0 allows for much better airflow, keeping your feet cooler during long sets.
- Enhanced “Court Feel”: While still a “tank” in terms of durability, the 5.0 sits slightly lower to the ground. This gives players a better connection to the court and a faster reaction time.
- Outsole Durability: Featuring HEAD’s signature Hybrasion+ rubber, the shoe is built to resist wear, especially for players who drag their toes or slide on hard courts.

Who Is It For?
The Revolt 5.0 is best for frequent competitors and baseline players who prioritise support and longevity. While it is lighter and more agile than previous versions, it remains a stability shoe. Players who want an “ultra-light” or minimalist feel might still prefer HEAD’s Sprint line, but the Revolt 5.0 is now a much closer contender for those who want speed without sacrificing protection.

Release and Availability
The HEAD Revolt 5.0 is officially launching this week (January 15, 2026). It is arriving in specialized sports stores and online retailers globally. We recommend heading over to Tennis Warehouse (US, Canada), Tennis Warehouse Europe (code TNERD10 for 10% off), Tennis Only (AU) or the HEAD official website (USA).
As is standard for HEAD, the shoe is available in specific All-Court (hard court) and Clay Court (herringbone tread) versions to suit your local surface.
“Comfort where it counts. Stability you can trust. Durability that goes the distance”, are the words from the brand itself.
