All tennis nerds just got some nice news with the release of the Head Boom MP Neon 2025 racquet, unveiled this week by HEAD. Designed for players wanting power and spin and with a bold aesthetic of glow in the dark type colours, this latest version of the popular Boom series should be popular.

The cool neon lights design inspired by New York City includes New York’s skyscrapers, an iconic cab, a slice of pizza and the Statue of Liberty. Perfect in time for the upcoming US Open.

On the court, the Neon 2025 delivers great as expected. Endorsed by Lorenzo Musetti, the NEON racquet collection is part of a collaboration between HEAD and Toray where they are looking for a more sustainable future when to comes to designing racquets, and this one contains Torayca 100% bio-circular carbon fibers.

When playing, you’ll noticed that the Boom MP Neon offers good speed from the baseline while also being comfortable at the net. Featuring a unique head shape and a larger spin window, and it makes it more forgiving. Overall a comfortable, modern racquet good for both power and spin.
