Karen Khachanov is a Russian tennis player with seven ATP Tour singles titles and a career high ranking of 8th, but what racquet does Khachanov use?

Karen Khachanov’s Tennis Racquet

Karen Khachanov was playing with the Wilson Blade Pro (H22) for most of his career (he had a brief stint with HEAD) in an 18/20 pattern strung with Luxilon Alu Power. In 2025, he switched to the new Wilson spin racquet with the working name “Python”. Also, the 18/20 version. He is rumored to play with a black string called Stringergy.

Khachanov’s racquet specs with the Blade Pro were (unstrung):
310 grams without overgrip and with a synthetic base grip
31.8cm balance
Luxilon ALU Power at 25/23 kg.
340 SW is what I have heard.

We don’t know if he has modified the specs for his Wilson Python.

  1. By seeing his rackets in RG’s stringin room, I am pretty sure he is actually using at is a H22.

I would say that he tried the New Countervail tech and did not like it, so he came back to his old ones.

Jonas Eriksson

Jonas has been known as "tennis nerd" mainly for his obsessing about racquets and gear. Plays this beautiful sport almost every day.
