Arthur Rinderknech

Arthur Rinderknech is a French player with a powerful serve and good on hard-courts, his career high rank is 42. But what is Rinderknech’s current tennis racquet and strings setup?

Arthur Rinderknecht’s racquet is the Tecnifibre TF40 18/20. He strings it with Tecnifibre Razor Code white. I am unaware of any customization or the exact string tension, but this is a string that many players like in the TF40 racquets.

If you want a bit more forgiveness and a higher launch angle, you can, of course, try the 16/19 version of the TF40.

Bio and Career

Arthur Rinderknech was born on July 23rd, 1995, in Gassin, France, and started playing tennis at the age of 6 with his parents.

A former Texas A&M University standout, where he earned five All-American honors (three in singles, two in doubles), Rinderknech turned pro in 2018.

The Frenchman’s breakthrough came in 2021, qualifying for the Marseille Open 13 and reaching the quarterfinals, defeating Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. That year, he upset both Jannik Sinner (first top-20 win of his career) at the Lyon Open and Roberto Bautista Agut at the Swiss Open Gstaad, entering the Top 100 in July.

In 2022, he reached his first ATP final at the Adelaide International 2, losing to Thanasi Kokkinakis, and debuted in the Top 50. His biggest career win came in 2025 at the Queen’s Club Championships, where, ranked no 71, he defeated world no 10 Ben Shelton 7-6(7), 7-6(4) for his first Top 10 victory, reaching the third round.

Rinderknech has shown he can upset big names and is usually effective on fast surfaces like grass and hard courts.
