The Nordicdots Duffel bag

Written by: Jonas Eriksson | February 1, 2025

Nordicdots are more famous for their apparel and the success with their Model 99 racquet. But now they also launch a Nordicdots Duffel bag.

Introduction

I have always appreciate the elegance of Nordicdots apparel. The simple, but stylish design, make them work for all occassions. Sadly, it seems like the large apparel brands in tennis have lost their touch a bit with strange patterns and color combinations. But luckily, there are options with smaller brands addressing the market gap.

But this post is not about the Nordicdots apparel, but about their new duffel bag.

The Nordicdots Duffel bag comes in two different colors, similar to what they have done with their Model 100 racquet release, white and black.

The call it the “Duffel bag 10”, as it will fit up to 10 racquets and accessories. To be fair, if I squeeze in 10 racquets, there is not much room for accessories, but few players bring that many racquets to the court.

Features

Here is a list of the specifications on the Nordicdots website.

  • Thermo protection
  • Up to 10 rackets
  • Internal pockets
  • Adjustable straps
  • Separate shoe bag

Dimensions:
Length 72cm, Width 28cm, Height 29cm

The ND duffel bag comes with two main compartments, which can fit up to 4 racquets each. If you are bringing tennis balls, water, etc to the court, I would use one of them for that and the other one for racquets.

There are also two thermal compartments on each side. Besides that, you have internal pockets for things like keys, phones, overgrips and strings.

Summary

The ND duffel bag is in many ways like a standard tennis bag, but slimmed down and more elegantly designed without lots of patterns and logos all over the place. You cannot use it as a backpack, it is more for slinging it over the shoulder or carrying it with the top handle.

If you are going to bring six racquets and lots of other gear (I bring action cams, tripod, etc for my work) and only want to use one bag, then you will need more of a monster bag like the Geau Axiom, but most tennis players will find enough space in this one.

Overall, a nice bag at an affordable price. If you are already a fan of Nordicdots racquets, this bag will pair excellently with the Model 99 and 100. You can get 15% off the Nordicdots duffel bag using the code TENNISNERD15.
